Israel persecuted at The Hague.

This week Israel faced accusations from South Africa at The Hague international court over appalling accusations of genocide. Why would a country at the southern tip of Africa level such claims and why do the nations rage against Israel? Does Israel fit the description found in Isaiah 53?
