Living out this love practically, by sharing time, talents and resources.
ABOUT BTJ
Shalom.
I am Diana, a social worker and the Director of Bridge to Jerusalem. I have been serving people for 40 years in a variety of settings. At the core of my work is the ethic to respect the individual's right to self determination, valuing each human life even as God does
.
Actively supporting Israel since 2010.
Mission statement: Love God. Love People.
Vision statement: 'Do small things with great love.'
IN ISRAEL
While Israel is an exciting and amazing place to visit, it is a stressful place to live. With this in mind, I strive to infuse hope and kindness into the lives of everyone who crosses my path. Entering into the lives of people is the greatest honor one can be given.
With this focus, my co-travelers experience Israel rather than merely tour it. And they go home changed.
IN THE STATES
I look for opportunities to promote awareness and understanding of the issues Israel and her residents face.
This is accomplished in part through relationships, social media and special events.
Americans who are unable to visit the Land get the opportunity to connect with it by building relationship with the Israeli visitors that I host.
